Olga Romanov and “AKSHV” – Alexander Konstantinovich Shvedov, an officer in the Escort Guard who was her romantic crush in 1913.

From the 1913 diary of Olga Romanov:

Thursday. 11 April. At 9 o’clock received communion in the small chapel. A few regiment officers were there too. After that [we] rode with Nastenka. Wonderful weather. Had breakfast, tea and dinner with Papa and Mama. In the afternoon I stayed on the balcony and baked in the sun. Mama also was lying out there for a bit. She does not feel well. Her back aches a lot. There was a Reading of the 12 Scriptures upstairs. Towards the end, with great joy I unexpectedly saw dear AKSHV. [We] returned with lit candles.
