This recording has been shared around the internet as the voice of Tsar Nicholas II (towards the end, at around 2:08 sec.)
The male voice cheers in Russian “Братцы! Спасибо вам за полный парад! Спасибо, братцы, вам за отличное ученье!”, which means “Little brothers, thank you for the full parade! Thank you little brothers, for the excellent training!” .
I am not 100% convinced that this is indeed Nicholas II’s own voice, but wouldn’t it be neat if it is! Have a listen below:
